Job summary

Cornish Bakery in Cirencester is seeking a proactive Team Leader to steer shifts, inspire colleagues and deliver warm, outstanding service to every customer.

You will train and coach staff, uphold food safety and quality, and work with the management team to maximise sales and maintain daily bakery operations. This role offers flexible full-/part-time hours in a friendly, growth-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within food service, hospitality or retail.
• A natural ability to motivate others and lead by example.

Working alongside the Bakery Management Team, you’ll take the lead on shifts, set the pace and make sure every customer receives warm, outstanding service. You’ll help colleagues build confidence, uphold our high standards and keep the bakery running smoothly.

As a Team Leader you will:
