Job summary

The Cornish Bakery is seeking a Team Leader to inspire and nourish the team and ensure outstanding service for every customer. You will work alongside the Bakery Management Team to lead shifts, coach staff and uphold our high standards in quality, service, and cleanliness.

Join a team passionate about great food, exceptional coffee and delivering brilliant bakery experiences. Full-time and part-time hours are available, with training provided to help you thrive.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within food service, hospitality or retail.
• A natural ability to motivate others and lead by example.
• A genuine passion for providing excellent customer service.
• A positive, dependable and solutions-focused approach.
• Confidence working in a fast-paced environment and adapting when priorities change.
• A commitment to quality, teamwork and high standards.

Working alongside the Bakery Management Team, you'll take the lead on shifts, set the pace and make sure every customer receives warm, outstanding service. You'll help colleagues build confidence, uphold our high standards and keep the bakery running smoothly.

As a Team Leader you will:
