Job summary

The Cornish Bakery is seeking a Team Leader to inspire and guide the front-line team across shifts, delivering warm, outstanding service and maintaining our high standards. You'll train and coach colleagues, balance workloads, and support the Bakery Management Team to keep operations smooth while ensuring every customer experience reflects our values and quality.

• Experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within food service, hospitality or retail.
• A natural ability to motivate others and lead by example.

Working alongside the Bakery Management Team, you'll take the lead on shifts, set the pace and make sure every customer receives warm, outstanding service. You'll help colleagues build confidence, uphold our high standards and keep the bakery running smoothly.

As a Team Leader you will:
