Cornish Bakery is seeking a Team Leader to drive excellence on shifts, ensuring warm, outstanding service for every customer. You will lead the team, train colleagues, and uphold our high standards while maintaining smooth bakery operations.

Are you passionate about great food, exceptional coffee and bringing out the best in others? We're looking for a Team Leader to help create brilliant bakery experiences for our customers and support our team to thrive.

Working alongside the Bakery Management Team, you'll take the lead on shifts, set the pace and make sure every customer receives warm, outstanding service. You'll help colleagues build confidence, uphold our high standards and keep the bakery running smoothly.

As a Team Leader you will:

• Take the lead on shifts and support the team in delivering outstanding service
• Train and coach colleagues to consistently achieve our brand standards
• Make the Worlds Best Coffee and prepare our award-winning food with pride
• Maintain high standards of quality, service, food safety and cleanliness
• Support the Management Team with the smooth day-to-day operation of the bakery
• Make the most of colleagues strengths and deploy the team effectively to maximise sales
