Job summary

Cornish Bakery in the United Kingdom seeks a Team Leader to help create brilliant bakery experiences and support the team to thrive. You will work alongside the Bakery Management Team, taking the lead on shifts, setting the pace and ensuring warm, outstanding service for customers.

The role requires training and coaching colleagues to meet brand standards, plus maintaining quality, safety and cleanliness across operations. Full training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within food service, hospitality or retail
• A natural ability to motivate others and lead by example
• A genuine passion for providing excellent customer service
• A positive, dependable and solutions-focused approach
• Confidence working in a fast-paced environment and adapting when priorities change

Working alongside the Bakery Management Team, you'll take the lead on shifts, set the pace and make sure every customer receives warm, outstanding service. You'll help colleagues build confidence, uphold our high standards and keep the bakery running smoothly.

As a Team Leader you will:
