Job summary

Cornish Bakery in Norwich is seeking a Team Member to deliver outstanding service, serve brilliant coffee and food, and help keep the bakery welcoming and community-focused.

You’ll receive full training, work with a friendly team, and enjoy benefits such as a generous holiday entitlement, staff discount, and wellbeing support.

No bakery or barista experience required; we’ll train you to meet high standards and grow with us in a fast-paced, people-first environment.

As a Team Member you will:

• Welcome every customer and deliver warm, outstanding service
• Make the World’s Best Coffee and other drinks with care and consistency
• Prepare and serve our award-winning food with pride
• Keep the bakery clean, welcoming and well stocked
• Follow food safety, allergen and operational standards
• Work closely with colleagues, help during busy periods and contribute to a positive team atmosphere
