Slim Chickens Trafford Centre is seeking a Back of House Supervisor to lead the kitchen team, ensure top-quality food prep, and maintain high standards of safety and hygiene. You’ll collaborate with the Front of House team to deliver seamless service and a great guest experience.

The role requires proven supervisory experience in a fast-paced kitchen, strong leadership, and a passion for consistent, high-quality food. Weekend and holiday availability is expected.

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within a kitchen or similar fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a kitchen team.
• A passion for delivering consistent, high-quality food.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
• A deep understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Ability to stay calm and efficient under pressure.
• Flexible availability includes weekends, late nights and bank holidays.

• Overseeing all back-of-house operations to ensure efficient and consistent food preparation.
• Leading, mentoring, and motivating the kitchen team to deliver high-quality dishes.
