Slim Chickens Milton Keynes is seeking a Back of House Supervisor to lead our kitchen team in a fast-paced, casual setting. You’ll oversee all BOH operations, ensure consistent food preparation, and collaborate with FOH to deliver smooth service.

The role requires proven supervisory experience, strong leadership, excellent organisational skills, and a deep understanding of food safety. Weekend and bank holiday availability is essential as we stay busy across shifts.

Competenze

• Proven supervisory experience in a kitchen or similar fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership and ability to inspire and guide a kitchen team.
• Deep understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Availability including weekends, late nights and bank holidays.

Mansioni

• Overseeing all back-of-house operations to ensure efficient and consistent food preparation.
• Leading, mentoring, and motivating the kitchen team to deliver high-quality dishes.
• Ensuring compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
• Managing inventory, monitoring food stock, and ensuring timely ordering of supplies.
• Collaborating with the Front of House Supervisor to ensure seamless service.
