Job summary

Slim Chickens - Broughton Drive Through is inviting an experienced Back of House Supervisor to lead our kitchen team and ensure high standards of food quality and safety.

You'll oversee prep, line cooking, and inventory, mentor staff, and collaborate with Front of House to deliver smooth service in a fast-paced setting. Weekend and holiday availability is essential to keep pace with our busy schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising in a kitchen or fast-paced setting.
• Strong leadership to guide a kitchen team.
• Passion for delivering consistent, high-quality food.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Solid understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Able to stay calm and efficient under pressure.
• Availability including weekends, late nights and bank holidays.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing back-of-house operations for efficient food prep.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the kitchen team.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
• Manage inventory, stock levels, and timely ordering.
• Collaborate with Front of House to ensure seamless service.
• Handle kitchen issues promptly to maintain smooth ops.
• Support training and development to uphold brand standards.
• Create a positive, productive kitchen environment.
