Job summary

Techtronic Industries (TTI) is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst/Project Manager to drive marketing and e-commerce process improvements across the EMEA region. You will partner with the Marketing and B2C teams, define end-to-end workflows, capture requirements, and support testing and training throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years as a business analyst and/or project manager.
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud desirable.
• Experience with SAP desirable.
• Strong ability to communicate with IT and business stakeholders.
• Skilled at capturing requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Knowledge of process design and improvement.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the roadmap of change requests and initiatives in the B2C area
• Collaborate with BPOs, BA team and Development to produce clear requirements
• Define as-is and to-be end-to-end processes with stakeholders
• Analyse impact of proposed solutions and ensure processes are optimized
• Facilitate workshops and translate feedback into requirements
• Develop integration and UAT test scripts
• Review test results against expectations
• Coordinate UAT with IT and key users
• Produce user training documentation
• Identify opportunities for process improvement
