Job summary

Flight Centre Business Travel is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth by managing the full business development cycle—from identifying prospects to pitching our services and securing new client partnerships.

You will proactively engage potential clients, build relationships across various roles, understand needs, and present travel solutions that streamline programs, save costs, and boost growth. Onboarding new clients will be supported by dedicated travel teams.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in a BDM role focusing on B2B sales or travel sales.
• Proven ability to meet KPIs and sales targets.
• Experience selling a solution across various roles and closing opportunities.
• Strong stakeholder management and delivery of outcomes.
• Networking, lead generation and communication/presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify prospects and pitch services to secure new client partnerships.
• Build and maintain relationships across multiple roles to position Flight Centre Business Travel as a preferred partner.
• Understand client needs and present travel solutions that streamline programs and reduce costs.
• Manage onboarding for new clients with the dedicated travel team to ensure a smooth start.
