Job summary

Brook Street Recruitment is seeking a motivated Telesales Executive for a Belfast client. You will proactively engage with new and existing business customers, identify opportunities and convert leads into revenue.

The role includes building relationships with decision-makers and managing a sales pipeline using CRM. Ideal candidates will have B2B or telesales experience, excellent communication skills, and a target-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales, telesales, outbound sales or business development.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confidence engaging with business owners and decision-makers.
• Experience using CRM systems.
• A motivated, resilient and target-driven attitude.

Responsibilities

• Contacting prospective and existing business customers via telephone and email.
• Identifying and developing new business opportunities.
• Building strong relationships with key decision-makers.
• Understanding customer requirements and presenting tailored solutions.
• Managing and maintaining an active sales pipeline through the CRM system.
• Following up on leads and nurturing opportunities through the sales cycle.
• Working towards and exceeding monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintaining accurate customer records and activity reports.
