Red Recruitment is seeking a commercially driven Telesales Executive to join our Cardiff city centre team. This consultative B2B sales role uses company-provided data to engage decision-makers, understand their needs and progress opportunities from initial contact through to close.

Qualifications

• Outbound sales experience with B2B clients.
• Experience reaching business decision-makers.
• End-to-end sales process from initial contact to close.
• Strong CRM discipline and accurate data entry.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective business customers.
• Navigate gatekeepers and engage decision-makers.
• Understand customer needs through consultative conversations.
• Explain services clearly and handle objections.
• Manage multi-stage sales pipeline from contact to close.
• Plan and execute effective follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and next actions.
• Work toward individual activity and sales targets.
