Job summary

firmus energy, Northern Ireland’s leading natural gas provider, is expanding its sales team. As a Telesales Executive you will drive inbound and outbound calls, hit targets, and grow our customer base with an uncapped commission scheme.

The role offers a base salary with clear opportunity to increase earnings through performance in a vibrant, on-site NI office. Ideal candidates will have at least 6 months direct sales experience, strong communication skills, and a customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months direct sales experience in a contact centre or similar.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inbound and outbound sales calls for Gas and Electricity customers.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Handle customer objections professionally.
• Engage with vulnerable customers with care.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and outcomes.
• Promote the firmus energy brand in a positive way.
