Brook Street Recruitment is recruiting a Telesales Executive for a Belfast client, with Bournemouth location consideration. The role focuses on proactively engaging with new and existing business customers, identifying opportunities and converting leads into revenue.

You will manage a sales pipeline, use CRM, and work towards monthly targets and KPIs while benefiting from a generous OTE and a comprehensive training programme.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B or telesales is required.
• Ability to identify opportunities and manage a sales cycle.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Contact prospective and existing business customers by phone and email.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Build relationships with key decision-makers.
• Understand customer requirements and present tailored solutions.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline in the CRM system.
• Follow up on leads and drive the sales cycle toward targets.
