Brook Street Recruitment is recruiting for a Belfast client to hire ambitious Telesales Executives. You will proactively engage with new and existing business customers, identifying opportunities and converting leads into revenue.

Ideal candidates have experience in B2B/outbound sales, excellent communication skills and a confident, target-driven approach. The role offers a competitive base and uncapped commission with ongoing coaching and development.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales, telesales, outbound sales or business development.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confidence engaging with business owners and decision-makers.
• Experience using CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Contacting prospective and existing business customers via telephone and email.
• Identifying and developing new business opportunities.
• Building strong relationships with key decision-makers.
• Understanding customer requirements and presenting tailored solutions.
• Managing and maintaining an active sales pipeline through the CRM system.
• Following up on leads and nurturing opportunities through the sales cycle.
• Working towards and exceeding monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintaining accurate customer records and activity reports.
