Job summary

H-Seventeen in Leeds is seeking an experienced Telemarketer to contact prospective business customers, promote our services, and identify new opportunities. This is an office-based role with a £30,000 basic salary plus commission, working Monday to Friday during standard daytime hours.

You will build relationships with decision-makers, follow up leads, and keep accurate records in the CRM while aiming to meet activity and performance targets.

Qualifications

• At least three years’ experience in telemarketing, telesales or a similar outbound telephone sales role.
• Confident, professional telephone manner.
• Ability to handle objections and keep conversations moving.
• Resilient, organised approach and motivation to achieve targets.
• Confidence using a CRM and managing follow-ups.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
• Market the company and promote its services.
• Build relationships with decision-makers and establish customer needs.
• Generate interest and identify new business opportunities.
• Follow up leads and maintain regular contact with prospects.
