Matter B2B is seeking a Business Development Executive in Horsforth/Leeds area. The role combines outbound prospecting with modern outreach (LinkedIn, email, video) to generate high-quality opportunities and book meetings for client sales teams.

Expect a base salary of £25,000–£30,000 plus uncapped commission, with hybrid working after probation. You will receive training, coaching and opportunities to grow within a growing SaaS-focused business.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of sales, business development or lead gen experience.
• Confident communicator who enjoys speaking to new people.
• Keen to learn and adapt to a sales methodology.
• Organised and self-motivated with good work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting.
• Build relationships with senior decision-makers across industries.
• Apply Sales 4.0 across phone, LinkedIn, email, video and voice messages.
• Book qualified meetings for clients’ sales teams.
• Manage your pipeline and keep CRM up to date.
• Collaborate with your manager to improve performance.
• Hit activity and quality targets while delivering excellent customer experience.
