Johnson Controls in Manchester seeks a B2B Dispatcher to coordinate field engineers and ensure timely service delivery. You will dispatch based on location and skills, manage scheduling, and provide customers with regular updates.

You will build strong relationships with customers and internal teams, monitor performance, resolve issues, and drive improvements. Previous customer service experience and solid planning, communication, and problem-solving skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service or contact centre role is preferred.
• Strong planning, time management and organisational skills under pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with adaptable styles.
• Conflict resolution skills and proactive escalation handling.
• Ability to use multiple systems simultaneously with attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Dispatch engineers using software, prioritising based on needs and urgency.
• Reallocate tasks and collaborate with engineers and management to resolve issues.
• Communicate with customers, manage expectations and resolve conflicts.
