• Experience in a customer service or contact centre role.

• Experience with dispatching software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deploy field engineers to ensure timely services.
• Dispatch engineers based on location and skills to optimise routing.
• Manage scheduling system and reallocate tasks as needed.
• Provide customers with regular updates and manage expectations.
• Build strong relationships with customers, engineers and management.
• Monitor performance and adherence to routing processes; drive improvements.
