Job summary

Retail Insights, based in London, is seeking a proactive sales professional to drive revenue by selling delegate passes for our international conferences. You will join a fast-paced, entrepreneurial team with clear targets and rapid progression.

You will engage senior professionals, manage a full sales cycle and develop a deep understanding of our events and audiences to close deals. This is a non-remote London-based role with strong earning potential.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of B2B sales experience, preferably with outbound prospecting or high-volume environments.
• You are highly motivated, competitive and driven to perform at a high level.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue by selling delegate passes to senior professionals attending our international conferences.
• Own your targets and work towards ambitious monthly revenue goals.
• Execute high-volume outreach to generate qualified sales opportunities and proposals.
• Manage your pipeline from first contact through follow-up, proposal and close.
• Build a deep understanding of our conferences, audiences and industries to sell confidently.
