Job summary

Confidential, a leading healthcare business, seeks a Customer Supply Coordinator in North West London to support end-to-end order fulfilment and maintain high service levels. This permanent role will help ensure products are delivered on time and in full by coordinating with retailers, distributors and customer supply chain teams.

You will work closely with commercial, planning, logistics, finance and warehouse teams to ensure seamless order fulfilment, monitor KPIs, and analyse data to drive

Qualifications

• Understanding of supply chain and order fulfilment processes.
• Knowledge of order-to-cash, inventory flows and basic supply chain principles.
• Strong customer service skills and professional issue resolution.
• End-to-end order management including entry, tracking, amendments and returns.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite or similar.

Responsibilities

• Manage fulfilment for a portfolio of customers or SKUs from order through invoicing and returns.
• Build relationships with retailers, distributors and customer supply chain teams to support service.
• Coordinate customer service and supply plans, resolving issues promptly.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Logistics, Planning and Warehouse teams.
• Maintain accurate product, pricing, promotional and customer master data.
