Comrise is seeking a Sales Supervisor for Courier & Express Logistics to drive national client acquisition and market development in the UK. You will lead new business growth with emphasis on Large Parcel Delivery, while coordinating with operations and service teams to deliver seamless logistics solutions.

The role requires 3+ years in B2B sales in the UK courier sector, strong English communication, and willingness to travel nationwide.

Qualifications

3+ years of direct B2B sales experience within the UK courier, express parcel, or freight distribution industry.
Excellent business communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English.
Valid UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationally for on-site client visits.

Responsibilities

Drive regional and national client acquisition for courier and parcel services to achieve sales targets.
Build, maintain and expand relationships with business accounts to ensure revenue growth.
Expand our Large Parcel Delivery footprint across the UK.
Design and execute regional sales plans and monitor market dynamics.
Collaborate with operations and customer service for smooth logistics solutions.
Conduct regular on-site client visits across the UK to build partnerships.
