Job summary

TeamJobs, a well-established technology business based in Fordingbridge, is seeking a motivated B2B Sales Executive to convert warm enquiries into sales and drive new business growth. You will own the sales cycle from initial contact through to close and build strong relationships with business owners and decision-makers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' B2B sales experience.
• Proven track record of developing opportunities and converting to business.
• Confident, proactive, and target-driven with strong follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Respond to warm enquiries and convert them into sales.
• Follow up leads, quotations and existing opportunities.
• Make outbound calls and generate new business.
• Build relationships with business owners and key decision-makers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Handle objections and negotiate effectively.
• Manage your sales pipeline and progress opportunities through to close.
• Develop existing customer relationships.
• Identify upselling and additional revenue opportunities.
• Work towards individual sales and revenue targets.
