Get Recruited (UK) Ltd. is partnering with an established facilities management services provider to recruit a Sales Executive in Manchester. The role focuses on qualifying inbound enquiries and converting opportunities, with opportunities developed through referrals and tenders.

The successful candidate will sell B2B services to commercial offices, manufacturing, education, logistics, warehousing and retail, while collaborating with Operations and Finance to price and hand over contracts.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Manager, New Business Manager, Business Development Executive or in a comparable B2B sales position.
• Track record of converting qualified opportunities into profitable contracts.
• Experience managing the full sales process from discovery to closing.
• Strong commercial awareness with costs, margins and contract values.

Responsabilités

• Qualify inbound enquiries and marketing-generated leads, identifying opportunities that match services and objectives.
• Build relationships with decision-makers and guide them through the sales process.
• Conduct customer meetings and site surveys to assess service requirements and delivery.
• Prepare tailored quotations, pricing models, proposals and tender responses.
• Present solutions, handle objections and negotiate terms within authority.
• Convert opportunities into profitable recurring contracts and one-off projects.
• Generate opportunities through networking, referrals and targeted account development.
• Maintain CRM records, next actions and realistic sales forecasts.
• Validate costs with internal teams to protect margins and ensure delivery.
• Complete structured handovers covering scope, expectations, pricing and mobilisation.
