Well Placed HR in the South West England region seeks a proactive Business Development Executive to drive new B2B sales across Cornwall. You’ll manage your own pipeline, engage with business owners and senior decision makers, and convert opportunities into long‑term customers.

A £25,000 starting salary is offered plus uncapped commission and an OTE of £60,000+ per year. Join a growing independent consultancy with full industry training and real earning potential.

Qualifications

• At least 12 months of B2B sales experience.
• Ability to generate new business and hit commercial targets.
• Comfort communicating with business owners and senior decision makers.
• Motivated by uncapped commission and career progression.

Responsibilities

• Generating new business through outbound calls, prospecting and targeted sales activity.
• Building and managing your own sales pipeline, identifying potential clients and converting leads into new business opportunities.
• Engaging with business owners, senior decision makers to understand requirements and develop relationships.
• Promoting solutions professionally and maintaining high service standards throughout the process.
• Managing opportunities from initial contact through conversion and building a portfolio of long‑term clients.
• Working towards sales targets and maximising revenue opportunities.
• Maintaining accurate sales records and following up to keep a structured pipeline.
