AWB in North Cornwall is seeking a dynamic Business Development/Sales Associate to join our Cornwall sales team. The role is permanent, full-time, with a probationary period and a hybrid work setup with HQ in North Cornwall; you will be on the road most of the time, building new customer partnerships and growing revenue.

You will identify prospects, manage the pipeline, tailor proposals, and achieve quarterly targets.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in B2B and B2C sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Experience in healthcare apparel/workwear sector is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to build long-term partnerships.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and secure new customers and drive new business sales activity in core market sectors.
• Develop an in-depth understanding of customers’ businesses, needs and match to our product range.
• Generate leads, manage pipeline, forecast sales, and update CRM to reflect progress and opportunities.
