Complete Recruitment in Northwich, Cheshire is seeking an FB2B Outbound Sales Executive for technical products. The role is office-based, Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm, with a salary of £28,000–£30,000 plus an excellent commission and benefits.

You will make 15–20 outbound B2B dials per hour, book qualified appointments with senior decision-makers, promote technical B2B products, manage your pipeline, and chase clear KPI targets with strong earning potential (OTE £45K).

Qualifications

• Proven B2B outbound sales / appointment-setting experience.
• Experience working in a high-volume calling environment.
• Strong track record of achieving meeting and appointment targets.
• Experience within technology, SaaS, telecoms or technical B2B products would be highly advantageous.
• Confidence speaking with business owners and senior decision-makers.
• Resilience, energy and a genuine desire to earn.

Responsibilities

• Make approximately 15–20 outbound B2B dials per hour.
• Booking qualified appointments with key business decision-makers.
• Targeted on meetings sat, not simply appointments booked.
• Promoting a technical B2B product confidently and professionally.
• Managing prospects, follow-ups and your sales pipeline.
• Working towards clear daily, weekly and monthly KPIs.
