The role offers £45k-£55k OTE in Year 1, with £25k basic rising to £27k after probation, plus uncapped commission, and rapid progression into a full-cycle BDM role within months for high performers.

• Make 75+ outbound calls per day
• Prospect through phone, email and other channels
• Speak with business owners and senior decision-makers
• Understand customer challenges and identify opportunities
• Qualify prospects and book product demonstrations
• Build and manage your own pipeline
