Job summary

Nobul Resourcing Solutions is seeking a Product Manager to own the discovery, scoping and delivery of web and mobile applications for their core B2B SaaS platform. You'll shape the roadmap, translate client needs into concrete requirements and work with engineering and design to ship features that matter.

The role is hands-on and strategic, requiring you to think in outcomes, focus on user experience and drive value for clients.

Qualifications

• Are curious and empathetic, and genuinely want to understand the client's business and needs.
• Have taken web and mobile applications from concept to launch in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Have experience product role focused on web and mobile platforms.
• Know product discovery, requirements gathering, UX/UI principles and product ownership well.
• Communicate clearly and lead and manage projects with confidence.

Responsibilities

• Define strategy and long-term vision for web and mobile products aligned with company goals and market direction.
• Lead discovery via user research and market analysis; translate findings into requirements and user stories.
• Own and prioritize backlog based on value, feasibility and customer need; collaborate with engineering and design from concept to launch.
• Drive new web/mobile products and features meeting market demand and client value.
• Champion steady iteration on existing functionality, module enhancements and UX/UI refinements.
• Partner with engineering, design, QA, customer success, sales and marketing for smooth execution and adoption.
• Act as the link between technical teams and internal and external stakeholders, keeping everyone aligned on goals, scope and requirements.
• Build a deep understanding of clients' workflows and feedback to feed into the product roadmap.
• Track product performance, adoption and engagement and shape the next steps based on data.
• Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives.
