Job summary

Nobul Resourcing Solutions seeks a Product Manager to own discovery, scoping and delivery of web and mobile applications for our core B2B SaaS platform. You’ll work across the full product lifecycle, deciding which problems to solve and shipping products that clients actually find useful.

You’ll report to the Head of Product. The work is a mix of strategic and hands-on, focusing on outcomes and user experience.

Qualifications

• Experience taking web and mobile applications from concept to launch in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Experience in a product role focused on web and mobile platforms.
• Knowledge of product discovery, requirements gathering, UX/UI principles and product ownership.

Responsibilities

• Product strategy and vision - Define long-term strategy for web and mobile products and align with company goals.
• Discovery and scoping - Conduct user research and market assessment to surface pain points and opportunities, translate into requirements.
• Delivery and product ownership - Prioritise backlog based on business value, technical feasibility and customer need; collaborate with engineering and design from concept to launch.
• New products and features - Drive conception and development of web and mobile products that meet market demand and client value.
• Continuous improvement - Improve existing functionality, UX/UI refinements to raise user experience.
• Cross-functional collaboration - Partner with engineering, design, QA, customer success, sales and marketing.
• Stakeholder communication - Align goals, scope and requirements across teams and stakeholders.
• User understanding - Deeply understand client workflows and feedback to inform product decisions.
• Performance monitoring - Track adoption and engagement to shape future priorities.
• Agile facilitation - Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives.
