Job summary

Nobul Resourcing Solutions is seeking a Product Manager to own discovery, scoping and delivery of our web and mobile applications for a B2B SaaS platform. You’ll report to the Head of Product and partner with engineering and design to ship outcomes that users find valuable.

The role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution, shaping the roadmap, validating problems with client workflows, and driving features from idea to launch while keeping UX at the core.

Qualifications

• Have taken web and mobile applications from concept to launch in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Experience in product roles focused on web and mobile platforms.
• Knowledge of product discovery, requirements gathering, and UX/UI principles.
• Strong communication to lead projects in a fast-moving environment.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and user-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy and long-term vision for web and mobile products.
• Lead discovery through user research and market assessment.
• Own and prioritise the product backlog from concept to launch.
• Drive conception and development of new web and mobile features.
• Champion continuous UX/UI improvements.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, QA, success, sales and marketing.
• Communicate with stakeholders on goals, scope and requirements.
• Develop deep understanding of client workflows and pain points.
• Monitor product performance and feedback to shape roadmap.
• Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives.
