Job summary

Nobul Resourcing Solutions is seeking a Product Manager to own discovery, scoping and delivery for our web and mobile applications. You will guide the product lifecycle from idea to launch on our core B2B SaaS platform, balancing strategy with hands-on execution and a strong focus on user experience.

You will collaborate with engineering and design, report to the Head of Product, and shape roadmaps by understanding client workflows and market needs.

Qualifications

• Experience launching web and mobile applications in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Experience owning product discovery, scoping and delivery across full product lifecycle.
• Strong communication and leadership to collaborate with engineering, design and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and own product strategy, vision and roadmap for web and mobile products.
• Lead discovery through user research, competitive analysis and market assessment to surface pain points.
• Own and prioritise backlog based on value, feasibility and customer need; work with engineering and design to ship features.
• Drive new products and features from conception to launch with a focus on real market demand and client value.
• Champion continuous UX/UI improvements and collaborate with QA, success, sales and marketing.
