Job summary

Nobul Resourcing Solutions is seeking a Product Manager to own discovery, scoping and delivery for our web and mobile applications, primarily a B2B SaaS platform. You will shape the roadmap, collaborate with engineering and design, and ship features that deliver measurable client value.

The role blends strategic thinking with hands-on delivery; you will translate client workflows into actionable requirements, drive outcomes over outputs, and advocate for excellent user experience.

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy and long-term vision for web and mobile products.
• Lead discovery through user research, competitive analysis and market assessment; draft requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Own and prioritise the product backlog based on business value and feasibility; collaborate with engineering and design from concept to launch.
• Drive conception and development of new web and mobile products meeting market demand and client value.
• Champion continuous improvement with UX/UI refinements and feature enhancements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, QA, customer success, sales and marketing.
• Act as the link between technical teams and stakeholders; align on goals, scope and requirements.
• Develop deep understanding of client workflows, processes and frustrations; feed insights back into the product.
• Monitor product performance, adoption and feedback to shape next steps.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives.
