Job summary

Nobul Resourcing Solutions is seeking a Product Manager to own discovery, scoping and delivery for our web and mobile applications within a core B2B SaaS platform. You will shape the roadmap, translate insights into clear requirements, and work closely with engineering and design to ship valuable features.

The role balances strategic thinking with hands-on execution, focusing on user experience, outcomes, and measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Taken web and mobile applications from concept to launch in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Experience leading product discovery, requirements gathering, UX/UI principles and product ownership.

Responsibilities

• Product strategy and vision - Define strategy and long-term vision for web and mobile products, aligned with company goals and market direction.
• Discovery and scoping - Lead product discovery through user research, competitive analysis and market assessment to surface real pain points and opportunities.
• Delivery and product ownership - Own and prioritise the product backlog based on business value, technical feasibility and customer need.
• New products and features - Drive conception and development of new web and mobile products and features, ensuring real market demand and client value.
• Continuous improvement - Iterate on existing functionality, module enhancements and UX/UI refinements to raise user experience.
• Cross-functional collaboration - Partner with engineering, design, QA, customer success, sales and marketing for smooth execution.
• Stakeholder communication - Act as the link between technical teams and stakeholders, aligning goals, scope and requirements.
• User understanding - Build deep grasp of client workflows and feedback to feed back into the product.
• Performance monitoring - Track product performance and adoption to shape next steps.
• Agile facilitation - Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives.
