Job summary

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in sales coordination, quoting, customer or technical support, or a related business environment.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, fixture plans, refrigeration schedules, and customer specifications.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Effective written and verbal communication with a customer-facing approach.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems including Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.

• Less than 5% travel required.

• Prepare customer quotations, proposals, and related documentation for equipment, refrigeration, and buy-out items by assembling pricing, engineering, and product information
• Configure Hussmann equipment and develop sales proposals that meet customer specifications and project requirements
• Process and track opportunities, quotes, and orders using company-approved systems, including Microsoft Dynamics CRM, ensuring accuracy and timely completion
• Interpret fixture and refrigeration plans, coordinate product specifications with sales representatives, and verify order accuracy prior to release
• Obtain freight quotations, maintain pricing tools and templates, and support the ongoing accuracy of quoting resources
• Collaborate with Sales, Application Engineering, Manufacturing, and Sales Support teams to support quotation development, order processing, and issue resolution
• Respond to customer and sales inquiries while promoting effective communication and teamwork across departments
• Perform other duties as assigned

This position is not aligned to a specific account and is intended to provide cross-functional learning and professional growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in sales coordination, quoting, customer or technical support, or a related business environment. Experience with Hussmann products or operations preferred
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, fixture plans, refrigeration schedules, and customer specifications
• Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Effective written and verbal communication skills with a customer-focused approach
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; experience with CRM systems, including Microsoft Dynamics, is a plus
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment

• Less than 5% travel required
