Allen Associates in Oxfordshire seeks an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to lead campaigns on Google Ads and Meta, building structures from scratch and driving ROI for ecommerce and lead generation clients.

You will manage budgets, optimise ROAS, and present clear reporting while onboarding clients and collaborating with a small, strategic team. The role supports flexible working with four days in the Oxford office and one remote day.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns, including Performance Max and Shopping, and Meta Ads campaigns like Advantage+.
• Hands-on knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Conversions API.
• Experience with PPC management tools and ad automation platforms.

Responsibilities

• Creating and implementing performance marketing campaigns on Google Ads and Meta with a focus on ROI.
• Developing account structures, researching keywords/audiences, setting bidding strategies and budgets.
• Analysing data to identify trends, optimise KPIs like ROAS, CAC and conversion rate.
• Leading onboarding calls and performance reviews with clients, explaining decisions clearly.
• Managing multiple client accounts with accuracy and timely reporting.
• Leveraging AI tools and automation to streamline management and support strategic planning.
• Staying updated on industry best practices and tools such as GA4 and GTM.
