Universal Business Team is recruiting for a marketing leader to own and shape strategy in a Lincoln-based role with UK travel. You will drive brand awareness, lead generation and customer engagement, partnering with Sales and the Management Team to influence growth and market position.

The role requires a commercially minded marketer who combines strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, delivering campaigns across digital, email, PR, social media and events to support business objectives.

Qualifications

• Marketing management experience within a B2B environment.
• Broad background across campaigns, content, events and customer engagement.
• Strong commercial awareness and stakeholder management.
• Hands-on approach balancing strategy with execution.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver the marketing strategy.
• Support lead generation and new business growth.
• Work closely with Sales on campaigns and customer opportunities.
• Create compelling content, case studies and sales tools.
• Deliver campaigns across digital, email, PR, social media and events.
• Manage exhibitions, trade shows and industry events.
• Visit customer sites to gain insight and identify opportunities.
• Manage agencies and external suppliers.
• Monitor performance, measure ROI and identify areas for improvement.
