Job summary

Axon Moore is recruiting a Marketing Manager in Warrington to own the UK B2B marketing plan with an international focus. You will lead campaigns, budgets and messaging across distributors, contractors and channel partners, partnering with Sales, Product and Commercial teams to drive growth.

The role requires hands-on leadership, a strong background in B2B marketing within product or manufacturing-led contexts, and a track record of delivering integrated campaigns across markets.

Qualifications

• Strong background in B2B marketing within product or manufacturing environments.
• Experience with wholesalers, distributors, contractors or installers is ideal.
• Proven ability to manage campaigns and agency partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Own the B2B marketing plan, budget and calendar for the UK and international markets.
• Develop campaigns for wholesalers, distributors and channel partners.
• Support product launches and go-to-market activity.
• Create propositions, messaging and sales enablement materials.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Commercial and Technical teams.
• Lead international campaigns and manage external agencies.
