Job summary

Axon Moore is seeking a Marketing Manager in Warrington with a UK-wide focus and an international trajectory. The role offers hands-on ownership of the B2B marketing plan with cross-functional collaboration and a pathway to shape marketing across markets.

You will drive campaigns, budgets and agency management, collaborating with Sales, Product, and Commercial teams. A strong B2B background in product/channel environments is ideal, with a track record of successful go-to-market activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B marketing within product/channel/distribution/manufacturing-led environments.
• Experience across sectors such as construction, building products, manufacturing, engineering, electrical, industrial, wholesale or distribution is valuable.

Responsibilities

• Own the B2B marketing plan and calendar, collaborating with Sales, Product, Commercial and Technical teams.
• Develop campaigns for wholesalers, distributors, contractors, installers and channel partners.
• Support product launches and go-to-market activity.
• Create propositions, messaging and sales enablement materials.
• Work with international teams to adapt campaigns across markets.
• Manage external agencies across PR, content, digital and campaigns.
• Brief internal teams and translate briefs into commercially focused campaigns.
• Oversee agency relationships, budgets, deadlines and performance.
• Ensure marketing is commercially relevant alongside Sales and Product.
• Mentor and develop the International Marketing Coordinator/Executive.
