Axon Moore is partnering with a Warrington-based, product-led business to recruit a B2B & International Marketing Manager. The role is hybrid, offering ownership over UK B2B marketing and shaping campaigns for international markets.

You’ll lead the B2B strategy, manage budgets, and work with Sales, Product, Commercial and Technical teams to drive commercially relevant campaigns and go-to-market activity.

Qualifications

• Strong background in B2B marketing, particularly within product, channel, distribution or manufacturing-led environment.
• Experience in sectors such as construction, building products, manufacturing, engineering, electrical, industrial, wholesale or distribution.
• Understanding of B2B customers and channels with experience in wholesalers, distributors, contractors or installers; product and proposition marketing.
• Experience with integrated marketing campaigns, agency management and briefing; go-to-market activity; budgets and campaign performance.
• Experience working with international markets or adapting campaigns across different countries.

Responsabilités

• Own the B2B marketing strategy and budget, coordinating with Sales, Product, Commercial and Technical teams.
• Develop campaigns for wholesalers, distributors, contractors, installers and channel partners.
• Support product launches and go-to-market activity.
• Create propositions, messaging and sales enablement materials.
• Collaborate with international teams to adapt campaigns across markets.
• Manage external agencies (PR, content, digital, campaigns) and agency relationships.
• Take briefs and translate them into clear, commercially focused campaigns.
• Oversee budgets, deadlines and performance of marketing activities.
• Partner with Sales and Product to ensure marketing is commercially relevant.
• Mentor the International Marketing Coordinator/Executive.
