Job summary

Axon Moore in Warrington is partnering with an established product-led business to recruit a B2B & International Marketing Manager who will own UK B2B marketing and help adapt campaigns for international markets.

You’ll shape the function, lead strategy, manage budgets and campaigns, work with Sales, Product and International teams, and enjoy hybrid working with autonomy to make your mark.

Qualifications

• Strong background in B2B marketing, ideally within product/channel/distribution or manufacturing-led environments.
• Experience with wholesalers, distributors, contractors or installers is beneficial.
• Ability to own and drive marketing strategy with autonomous ownership.

Responsibilities

• Own the B2B marketing plan, budget and calendar.
• Develop campaigns for wholesalers, distributors, contractors and channel partners.
• Support product launches and go-to-market activity.
• Create propositions, messaging and sales enablement materials.
• Collaborate with international teams to adapt campaigns across markets.
• Manage external agencies across PR, content, digital and campaigns.
• Brief internal teams and translate into commercially focused campaigns.
• Manage agency relationships, budgets, deadlines and performance.
• Ensure marketing is commercially relevant alongside Sales and Product.
• Support and develop the International Marketing Coordinator/Executive.
