Job summary

Hrgo-Recruitment is seeking an experienced Internal Sales Executive to join a busy B2B sales team in Ashford, England. Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales, preferably to OEM customers.
• Proven track record of developing new and existing opportunities and meeting targets.
• Excellent telephone communication and negotiation skills with rapport-building ability.
• Strong commercial awareness, organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to understand technical product specs and translate to solutions.

Responsibilities

• Proactively generate new business through outbound telephone sales and prospecting.
• Identify and develop new sales opportunities across a range of industries.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to maximise repeat business.
• Generate sales leads and convert opportunities into profitable orders.
• Prepare quotations and follow up on outstanding opportunities.
• Process sales and purchase orders as required.
• Maintain accurate customer records using the company's CRM system (full training provided).
• Work closely with colleagues across sales, purchasing and customer service to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
• Contribute towards achieving individual and company sales targets.
• Support continuous sales growth while maintaining healthy profit margins.
