Fabric Recruitment in Ruddington is seeking an Internal Sales Executive to join an established and growing business. This varied, commercially focused role combines proactive sales outreach with relationship management and customer support, engaging with a diverse range of commercial customers to identify opportunities and help grow the business.

You will proactively contact prospective customers, build relationships, respond to enquiries, prepare quotations, and maintain accurate sales records

Qualifications

• Previous experience in internal sales, telesales, business development or a similar commercial role.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Organised, commercially aware and comfortable managing multiple opportunities.
• Confident using IT systems and maintaining accurate sales records.
• A positive, self-motivated individual who enjoys working towards targets and contributing to team success.

Responsibilities

• Proactively contact prospective customers to generate new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Identify opportunities to develop new accounts and grow existing business.
• Respond to sales enquiries, prepare quotations and follow up on potential opportunities.
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information and solutions.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity using internal systems.
