Confidential in Weybridge is hiring a Business Development Executive to drive new business, build client relationships, and support growth across sectors.

The role offers a base salary of £30,000–£38,000 DOE with uncapped commission and a realistic OTE of £70,000, plus a supportive team and clear progression opportunities.

You will be confident on the phone, target-driven, and will attend meetings and events to strengthen commercial relationships and drive revenue.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Confident on the phone with strong objection-handling.

Responsibilities

• Proactively generate new business opportunities via outbound calls and networking.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Identify hiring needs and promote recruitment solutions.
• Arrange meetings with key decision-makers to discuss HR requirements.
• Market high-quality candidates to clients across industries.
• Manage and grow client pipelines through CRM systems.
• Work toward weekly and monthly KPIs and revenue targets.
• Support sales campaigns and deliver client presentations when required.
• Negotiate terms and secure new business agreements.
• Attend networking events to strengthen commercial relationships.
