Job summary

Flatfair Limited in London is seeking a Business Development Manager to expand partnerships with letting agents and property partners. You will own the full sales cycle from first contact to contract, turning opportunities into revenue.

Work mostly remotely, with attendance at our London office every other Thursday and some UK travel. You will generate new business through outbound outreach, networking and industry events, and maintain a reliable pipeline.

Qualifications

• Experience owning a B2B sales target.
• Ability to generate qualified opportunities via outbound activity.
• Deal management from prospecting through negotiation and close.
• Strong discovery skills and value-based proposals.

Responsibilities

• Build and convert a pipeline of new-business opportunities.
• Generate prospects through outbound calling, networking and events.

• Diagnose needs and build a commercial case for Flatfair products.
• Deliver new-partner and revenue targets.
• Maintain pipeline and forecasting in HubSpot.
• Share insights to improve products and commercial approach.
