Qualifications

• Experience delivering digital campaigns that generate leads and support growth.
• Hands-on management of paid digital marketing and website platforms.

• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, WordPress and SEO.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, execute, and optimise digital marketing campaigns across email, paid social, and website.
• Own WordPress website content, UX, performance, and conversion rates.
• Develop SEO strategies and optimise for AI/LLM search environments.
• Develop dashboards and analytics to measure performance and ROI.
• Plan events, coordinate campaigns, and manage vendors and timelines.
• Support CRM usage in Dynamics, workflow automation, and data segmentation.
• Maintain data quality and ensure GDPR compliance.
• Create marketing collateral and assist with content production.
