Qualifications

• Proven management experience leading sales and marketing teams.
• Strong background in B2B sales with proven client portfolio growth.
• Experience with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop the sales and marketing teams daily.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with key B2B clients and partners.
• Set and monitor sales targets and KPIs to exceed expectations.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends.
• Oversee marketing campaigns across digital, print, and events.
• Manage ecommerce activity, including Shopify listings and promotions.
