Job summary

Select Recruitment Specialists Ltd is recruiting a passionate marketer to build the company's marketing function from the ground up using HubSpot. This pivotal role focuses on turning HubSpot into a full lead-generation engine and measuring success in leads and revenue.

You'll own marketing end to end from strategy to execution, covering lead nurturing, automation, campaigns, SEO/ads, content, and events. Office-based in the UK with a collaborative team and realistic growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Solid B2B marketing experience.
• Strong, hands-on HubSpot skills (Marketing Hub and automation).
• Working knowledge of SEO and Google Ads; experience managing agencies/contractors.
• Commercially minded; measure success in leads and revenue.

Responsibilities

• Own marketing end to end from strategy to delivery.
• Lead generation and new business growth.
• Digital marketing including SEO, Google Ads, and website ownership.
• Campaigns and content creation (email, launches, sector campaigns).
• Budget ownership and ROI measurement.
• Brand building and events, including trade shows and supplier co-marketing.
