Job summary

Barlinek Group is expanding in the UK and seeks a Sales Representative to work with the Topps Tiles network in London. You will maintain store relationships, monitor product displays, and support staff with product knowledge to drive sales and partnerships.

Ideal candidates have experience selling to retail chains, strong negotiation skills, and a willingness to visit shops daily. A driving licence is required for mobility across sites in London and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales to retail chains (B2B + retail) desirable.
• Negotiation skills with the ability to build lasting relationships.
• Knowledge of the principles of working with retail chains – processes, standards, procedures- is desirable.
• Driving licence- mobile role, daily visits to shops.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining contact with stores – regular communication, support and building partnership-based relationships.
• Building long-term partnerships – ensuring the stability and development of B2B relationships.
• Addressing day-to-day issues – logistics, stock availability, complaints.
• Ensuring product display – monitoring standards, availability and the quality of product presentation.
• Regular visits to Topps Tiles stores – monitoring displays, discussions with staff, analysing needs.
• Staff training – presenting the product range, providing technical support, developing sales skills.
